COBURN ‘Straightaway’ Systems
The COBURN ‘Straightaway’ systems are top hung systems designed to be heavy duty, each with a different high weight rating. There are three different weight rated systems available. The systems are quiet and dependable systems designed for interior and exterior sliding doors. The tracks come in an anodised aluminium finish.
Straightaway 130
The lowest rated straightaway system is the Straightaway 130. This system is designed to hold doors weighing up to 130kgs each, with a door thickness between 20mm-50mm. The maximum door height for this system is 3000mm, with tracks available from 2000mm to 6000mm. Extra door packs are also available should you wish to have a double door system. Please note that there are two different kits, either for timber or for metal doors, so when ordering please ensure you order the correct kit depending on your door material.
Straightaway 180
The Straightaway 180 is the next weight rating up from the 130. This system can take doors of up to 180kg each. The door thicknesses for this system can range between 35-55mm for timber doors, or 35-40mm if you are using metal doors. The maximum height for the straightaway 180 is 3500mm, with tracks available in lengths from 2000mm to 6000mm. Extra door packs can also be supplied for this system, allowing extra doors to be added. Please note that there are three kits available, for timber or for metal, it is important to ensure you order the correct kit for the material of your doors.
Straightaway 250
The final straightaway system is the Straightaway 250. This system is weight rated for doors of up to 250kgs each. The door thicknesses for this system are the same as the 180, they can range between 35-55mm for timber doors, or 35-40mm if you are using metal doors. However, this system allows for an extra 500mm in door height, with a maximum door height of 4000mm. Tracks are available from 2000mm to 6000mm with extra door packs available to purchase. There are different systems for both timber and metal doors, so please ensure you are ordering the correct system for the materials your doors are made from.
COBURN Cornaway System
The COBURN Cornaway 210 system is designed to be used with timber doors. It is a lightweight top hung angle sliding door system perfect for domestic garages, as the system allows the doors to slide against a perpendicular wall. The system allows for between 2 and 5 separate timber doors, weighing up to 36kg each, with a door thickness between 38mm and 44mm and a maximum height of 2400mm. Tracks include both a top track and a bottom track, and are available in lengths from 1800mm to 6000mm. Please note, when ordering this system, you will need to purchase both the track kit; to determine the length of the track, and a door kit; which will determine how many doors can be used on the track. Tracks come in a galvanised steel finish.
